ABBE Regional Library System issued the following announcement.

Special after-hours screening of John Laurens’ War

Saturday, Jan. 29 at 3 p.m.

Special guests for this event will be Clarence Felder and Chris Weatherhead of the Actors’ Theatre of South Carolina.

Masks and Social Distancing are recommended.

From award-winning director Chris Weatherhead and acclaimed producer Clarence Felder, Actors Theatre of SC, Robbin Knight Productions and UniMedia Productions present John Laurens’ War.

Based on a true story, John Laurens’ War, is the fight for liberty of John Laurens from South Carolina, for every slave.
