Allendale County Hospital issued the following announcement on October 12.

Immediate Openings for Hospital Housekeeper/Environmental Services Technician for Full Time & Part Time positions.   We are looking for dedicated workers to perform a range of housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and sanitized environment throughout the hospital.  

Requirements: 

Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to read and write.

Prior/Previous hospital and/or hotel environmental services experience is preferred.

One-year prior experience in housekeeping preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment with aptitude for attention to detail is required.

Availability to work night various shifts to include weekdays, day and evening shifts, every other weekend (2 full weekends per month), and holidays.
