Bamberg County Government issued the following announcement on April 8.

In the aftermath of a severe storm or tornado, the American Red Cross provides many relief services, including: Shelter and feed residents.

The rally point for the American Red Cross in Bamberg County is Colston Branch Baptist Church in the Colston community, which sustained severe damage during Tuesday’s storms. 

Residents are encouraged to meet with Red Cross personnel for disaster relief assistance at the church located at 655 Sunday School Road, Bamberg, SC 29003.
