Bamberg School District One issued the following announcement on November 2.

The Lady Raiders Varsity Volleyball team won the Lower State Championship for the second year in a row last night!!  They defeated region rival Branchville in a hard fought 4-set match (23-25, 25-18, 25-6, 29-27). 

They play for the State Championship on Thursday at 5:30 at Dreher High School against the Upper State Champion, Southside Christian Academy.
