FLU/COVID-19 SHOT CLINIC

Date: Thursday, October 28th 

Time: 1pm-3pm

No appointment necessary

4 strain flu for ages 6 months to 65 years

4 strain high dose for age 65+ years

Moderna Covid-19  first/second doses for age 18+ years

Moderna Covid-19 3rd doses for immunocompromised patients

Flu shots are 100% covered by Medicare and most prescription insurance cards.

Price without insurance is $36.

Please bring:

1.    SC Drivers License or ID card

2.    Medicare Card if age 65+

3.    Prescription Insurance Card
