University of South Carolina-Salkehatchie issued the following announcement on July 15.
USC Salkehatchie’s Trio Student Support Services is offering a free Summer Bridge Program Jul. 26 – Aug. 13 for new students. Both virtual and in-person options are available. The 3-week program will allow students to:
- earn 6 – 9 college credit hours at no cost
- meet faculty members
- get the information you need to be successful your first semester
- receive virtual assistance from OSP tutors & staff
- attend educational success workshops
- be a first-generation college student, or
- meet the income eligibility, or
- have a documented disability
