Spartanburg County Public Libraries recently issued the following announcement.
Date: Wednesday, November 17, 2021
Time: 4 – 5pm
Join us to make a fun luminary using the beautiful colors of Fall. Open to the first 20 participants ages 6-12. Space is limited and social distancing will be enforced. Masks are available if needed. This program will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
