Town of Edisto Beach issued the following announcement on March 11.
Town Council recognized Becky Offenbacher and Marvin Ferguson with a Starfish Award for their bravery and heroism in attempting to resuscitate Dr. David W. Tonkyn who collapsed while jogging.
