Town of Edisto Beach issued the following announcement on January 12.
The annual goal setting retreat of Town Council is January 25, 2022 at 10:00 am at Town Hall. This meeting is held to identify goals and incorporate them into the upcoming budget. The Municipal Association of South Carolina Field Services Manager, Mr. Charlie Barrineau will be facilitating the meeting.
Council wants to hear from you! If you have a goal you would like to be considered, email ihill@townofedistobeach.com by noon on January 24, 2022. Goals should be clear, concise and measurable or quantifiable.
During the process, Council will identify three “must do” items, three “should do” items and three “could do” items. After these are identified, a work plan will be developed establishing responsibility and a timeline for completion. The work plan will then be presented to Council for adoption by resolution.
